Welcome!
We’re glad you’re checking out AIDS Care. You’ll find that we’re more than just a clinic or a service provider.
We’re a team that goes into neighborhoods working to stop the spread of HIV through education, prevention, and testing events.
We’re a community of medical and social service professionals who meet patients and clients in a healing environment where they can feel supported, cared for, and cared about.
We’re a special place where you’ll receive the best HIV/AIDS medical care, prevention, and support services available today from experts who are recognized worldwide for their innovative treatment therapies, research, and clinical trials expertise.
We’re here to extend a hand, to help you get through the good times and the bad as you face the challenge of living with a chronic disease.
As you may know, AIDS Care was formed January 1, 2010 as a result of the merger of AIDS Community Health Center and AIDS Rochester, both organizations that were founded in the 1980s at a time when the deadly HIV virus was first identified.
Let me assure you that the things you loved about AIDS Community Health Center and AIDS Rochester have not changed as a result of our move and merger. The same compassionate staff continues to provide personalized service in the same warm, caring atmosphere you have come to expect. Many of our partners in care are also providing services on site, just as they did in our former locations. And as always, patient privacy and confidentiality remain of the utmost importance.
AIDS Care was created to bring together all the HIV/AIDS services you need under one roof. And it is the only organization in the Finger Lakes region entirely focused on providing HIV/AIDS care and services.
Continue to surf our site. Then call us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions. Or, better yet, stop in for a visit. We’d like to meet you. Soon.
