AIDS Care’s provides a flexible approach to benefits by issuing a benefit credit that may be applied to the purchase of a variety of tax-free or taxable benefits. The benefit credit is issued each pay period, prorated for part-time or employment less than a full year, and increases with years of service. In addition, our benefit plan includes a compliment of employer provided benefits that are of no cost to the employee, including a generous amount of paid time off. All benefits begin on the first of the month following employment for eligible employees.
